If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from meligirls.com.you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges.we understand occasionally, you may need to exchange or return some package. Our company offers the most reasonable return policy, just hope to support your business and maintain a good cooperation relationship with all of our customers,We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

1. If there is any quality problems with our swimsuits/other product, No Reason To Return within 7 days. (Except for promotion products)

★ Quality problem includes broken-hole, UN-sew, damage segment.
★ Non quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected.

2. Please check clearly the products in your parcel, if any problem please contact us within 15 days after receipt, the case beyond the report period can not be resolved any more. Please send the exact photos to show what problem is. After our designer confirm, we will go on the return or exchange procedure.

3. Please confirm your parameters of BWH and select size carefully, any extra charge of exchange for size problem is paid by customers. If you want to return the swimsuits not fit, we need to charge 15% restocking fee as well as the return of non-quality problem.

4. Any product should be in original condition before return, or we will not accept the parcel returned.

5. The color is shown differently because of different display and camera, and it’s not possible to make the swimsuits/other products to be completely the same like the advertisement picture as well as Aziz Max. Please take reference to our real photos of most styles.

6. The order is not cancelable after the order was arranged, but if you really need to change, please contact us within 12 hours after the order processed.

7. We don't cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service or by DHL/EMS/E-packed which is authorized by receivor to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don’t use PO Box address. Make sure you can accept the post service.

8. Any refund will be issued after the return parcel received in our warehouse or by your sales representative.

9. Any products must be returned in original condition. There will be 50-60% charge if it comes with perfume, lipstick, damage(return reason is not for damage).

RETAIL RETURNS

If you purchased MeliGirls products at a retail store or another website, please contact the place of purchase directly for their returns policy instructions. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

While we try to ensure that your product comes in mint condition, damages do happen. If you receive a damaged item(s), please take the following steps:

Contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery to claim it as damaged.
To make sure you are eligible for a replacement, please take pictures or videos of the damage and attach them to your initial email. This will help us file the investigation immediately.
Be sure to retain all original packaging and materials, which includes the shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags.

Depending on the nature of the damages, we will email you a shipping label to return the product(s). If you opt to replace the item(s), we will replace the item(s) free of charge per available stock upon receipt of your return. If you’d rather a full refund, we will issue the full refund upon receipt and verification of your return. Please note that you’ll need to ship all original parts and packaging.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We test our products to ensure that you’re getting the highest quality items out there, but mistakes do occasionally happen. If you discover that your product(s) is defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. For confirmed defective items, we will issue a return shipping label to send the product(s) back.

We don’t offer exchanges for other items or different variations of the same item. However, if you opt to replace the same item(s), we will replace the item(s) free of charge per available stock upon receipt of your return

ONLINE EXCHANGES

We currently do not have the ability to offer exchanges on return items via our online store. If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse. Important: if you are not sure about the size, contact us before ordering.

All charges, along with any refunds or concerns around charges, should be directed to the bank or agency of the original payment method.
